The first release of Avana. Everything below is what the platform does today; from here on, this page records what changes.

Added

• Bilties and consignment notes. Raise a bilty, print or share any copy, and trace it from booking through to delivery. Documents carry your own trade name, address, GSTIN and PAN, taken from your company record.
• Freight invoicing. Bill clients against bilties, with credit and debit notes, payment recording, and pending-cheque tracking.
• Accounts and GST. Client ledgers, purchase invoices, expenses, revenue reporting, and GST reports for the current financial year.
• Master data. Parties, drivers, vehicles, freight rates and document templates, kept in one place and reused across the product.
• Shipment tracking. Status on active consignments, with a shareable link a consignor or consignee can open without an account.
• Data export. Take your operational data out at any time from Settings → Data Export.
• Subscriptions. Plans, add-ons and UPI Autopay mandates, with billing history and receipts in your account.

Added — company and policy information

• Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation, Shipping & Delivery, Grievance Redressal and Cookie Policy, all reachable under /legal.
• A named Grievance Officer for complaints and for data-protection requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• The Privacy Policy states where your data is stored, names every sub-processor and its region, and sets out breach notification and your rights.
• Public pricing at /pricing, and this changelog.
