2. What You Can Raise

Complaints about the service, about billing or a debit you did not expect, about the accuracy of your data, or about how your personal data has been collected, used, retained, or shared.

Requests to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and requests to withdraw a consent you previously gave, may also be sent here. Several of these can be actioned directly in Settings → Privacy.

3. How We Respond

We acknowledge a grievance within 5 business days of receipt and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

If we need longer, we will tell you why and give a revised date. If we decline a request, we will explain the basis for that decision.

4. Escalation

If you are a Data Principal and are not satisfied with our response to a data-protection grievance, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Exhausting this grievance process is a precondition to that escalation under the Act.
