1. Nature of the Service
Avana is a software-as-a-service application accessed through a web browser. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped, couriered, or delivered to an address.
Avana is software used by transport businesses to manage their own consignments. Any physical movement of goods is between our customer and their counterparties; AVARTANA LABS LLP is not a carrier and is not a party to that carriage.
2. Provisioning
Access is provisioned electronically and is normally available immediately once payment is authorised. Account access instructions are sent to the registered email address.
If access is not available within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact mayank@avartanalabs.com and we will either provision the account or refund the payment.
3. Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted by maintenance or by dependencies outside our control. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practicable.
